What was once know only to select nuclear physicists is a mass phenomenon today. The Internet has become an integral part of our daily lives. Honestly, can you imagine living without communications or the internet? There is an estimated 1600 Million users out here on the internet. The U.S. alone spends about 32.5 billion each year for advertising.

Even in the time of recession, when other modes of advertising are struggling to yield a good ROI to the advertiser, online advertising continues to soar. There is a lot of dough on the internet. Audience, commerce and marketing is no longer restricted to local demographics.

What I’m Not

Well, I am definitely not one of those extraordinary internet moguls you may have heard of nor do I make thousands online. (nor can I promise that you can make thousands if you read my blog or join some online make-money programs) I’m just a guy with a keen interest on the internet, web designing and development, blogging, tech and anything related to computers, for that matter. What’s with the ‘revolution’ stuff?

Let’s make 2009 the start for a source of residual income.
Residual income goes a long way. It’s not practically possible for an employed person or an undergraduate student to set aside everything else and turn to the internet to start something. However, there is always an option open, which is to pursue some activity online in your free time. Have you ever thought you were good at something? Ever planned to start a blog? Have a great idea for a web startup that you think beats that of digg or flickr? Think no more because it’s time to put it into action.
